Unsupported Payment Methods (December 2015)

Next month, we’ll begin the process of moving your Verio account to a more dynamic and feature-rich technology infrastructure. If you missed our earlier announcement about this upcoming platform migration, we’ve posted it on our transition information blog.

We think you’re really going to like the new platform — benefits include faster, more modern server hardware, increased network security and more — but we will no longer be able to support your current payment method.

To help us make the transition to the new platform as smooth as possible for you, we encourage you to update your payment information now:

1) Add your credit card to your account as a payment method. If your credit card has already been added to your account, make sure the information is up to date.

2) Update your primary payment method to be your credit card.

Once you’ve added a valid credit card and your account has been successfully migrated, your credit card will be automatically charged each billing cycle, helping prevent a potential service interruption.
