For any of your accounts at Verio that include Microsoft Exchange Hosting services, we’re happy to announce that Intermedia, the existing provider of Exchange services for Verio customers, will be taking the lead to continue providing Exchange services for these accounts going forward. As a worldwide leader in Exchange hosting services, Intermedia will allow you to receive great service, the latest infrastructure and expert support for your Exchange email. (Verio will continue to host any websites, domains, and related services associated with these accounts.)
YOUR ACTION IS REQUIRED
If you haven’t already done so, to allow Intermedia to establish a direct relationship with you and to provide Exchange services to your account directly, please complete this form as quickly as possible, so we can begin the transfer process and ensure that your Exchange services continue to work when the old platform is shut down on January 16, 2017. We need your consent in order to maintain your Exchange services with Intermedia.
The next step is to update your billing information with Intermedia directly. You can do so in one of two ways:
- Log into exchange.intermedia.net and select the “For Admins” tab to update your billing information.
- Or call 800-379-7729 and press option 4 to speak with an Intermedia billing specialist; their hours are 9am-8pm EST (6am-5pm PST).
Don’t forget that the old Verio platform is shutting down on January 16, 2017. If you have not set up your direct billing relationship with Intermedia by that time, your Exchanges services will go offline.
Here are the details at a glance:
- No technical changes will be required to maintain the current Exchange services. Mail should be delivered as it always has, and all mailbox passwords and credentials will continue to work.
- The control panel at verio.com and yourwebhosting.com will not contain links to Exchange services. Mailbox management will be done via Intermedia at exchange.intermedia.net, which you and your clients can access with your existing login credentials.
- Intermedia will bill you directly for Exchange services, and Verio will bill you separately for website services.
- You will contact Intermedia directly for Exchange support.
