Important Update Regarding the viaVerio/RapidSite Program

Dear ViaVerio and RapidSite Resller Customer,

As we’ve mentioned in previous emails, the current viaVerio/RapidSite Partner Program, managed by NTT America, Inc., is being discontinued on December 31, 2015. (NTT America, Inc. is the successor to Verio, Inc. as the result of Verio, Inc. being merged into NTT America, Inc. on April 1, 2015.)

Not to worry, though — it is our understanding that you have agreed to have your accounts migrated to the new Verio reseller program, managed by the Endurance International Group (“Endurance”). Because you’re working with Endurance, we will maintain all of your existing services until your accounts have been successfully migrated to the Endurance platform.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to purchase additional services through the current program after December 31, 2015, which is the end date of the program for those not migrating to the Endurance platform. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience, and once your accounts have been migrated, you’ll of course be able to purchase additional services directly from Endurance via the new Verio program.

The team at Endurance has been working through the migration path for your accounts, and they anticipate beginning migrations early next month (January 2016). They’ve developed a comprehensive quality assurance process, simultaneously hosting websites on both the old and new platforms, while vigorously testing core functionality on the new platform to make sure it matches that of the old. Once your accounts have been successfully migrated, and you no longer have any need for your current services on the old platform managed by NTT America, all services associated with the current viaVerio/RapidSite program will then be terminated.

You should expect to receive additional communications from the Endurance team shortly after the new year with another update on the status of the migration of your accounts.
