We encourage you to review the billing information on file for your accounts and prevent a potential service interruption by making sure everything is up to date.
To review the billing information for one of your clients, first log into the Reseller Console. (More information about the Reseller Console is available on this transition information site.)
On the “Accounts” tab of your Reseller Console, you should see a list of your accounts and a “Log In” button for each one. Click the button to log into the account whose billing information you want to review. You’ll be brought to that client’s control panel on yourwebhosting.com.
Next, select the “Update Billing Info” icon in the “Account” section of the control panel (near the bottom). The direct link is: http://www.yourwebhosting.com/secureControl/EditCCInfo.bml
Lastly, make sure the information is accurate and update it as appropriate.
