Important Changes for VPS Accounts

Once you have received the email confirmation that your account has been migrated to the new platform, please carefully review the important information and changes referenced below to understand the impact the new platform will have on your account.

Your New IP Address

Your IP address has changed. We have attempted to update instances of the IP address in your code as part of the migration, but if your DNS is managed by a third-party provider, you’ll need to update your IP address with them at this time.

You should have received an email letting you know what your IP address is on the new platform. If you don’t know your new-platform IP address, please call us at 800-608-1270 between the hours of 6:00am and 10:00pm EST, seven days a week.

Potential Migration Issues

If we migrated your VPS account for you (i.e., you didn’t migrate it yourself via the “Manual Migration Option”), then there are a few potential issues that we wanted to make you aware of. Learn more »

Testing Your Site on the New Platform

We have performed a comprehensive quality review of your website and email on the new platform. Still, you know your site best; we strongly recommend that you thoroughly test your web pages and email to confirm a successful migration. Click on all the links and fill out all the forms to make sure everything works properly.
